In the center of town historic preserves there is long square of T.G.Masaryk, where is town hall and the number of urban home, with one wing of the chateau. Castle Trebon originated on the place of the former manor, "landstejnske" archery or fortress, transmuted in the castle in the second half of the 14th century. From 1395 is the first mention about castle as about chateau, when there settled some of the new owners, the lords of Rozmberk. In the castle there is located permanent exhibition of the history of Třebon and Trebon´s fishpond cultivation and accesible historic rooms from the time of last Rozmberks.
